london event: Pelvic health the menopause 50: prevent & resolve bladder issues

  • Leto 2nd Floor 105-109 Salusbury Road Queen's Park London NW6 6RG United Kingdom (map)

At least half of all women will suffer some degree of menopause related bladder health issues, such as urinary incontinence, needing the bathroom more frequently, recurrent UTIs, and pain with intercourse. This hidden trend reveals an astonishing statistic of an epidemic and the continued suffering in silence of many women.

Leto Women share our passion for health equality for women, who suffer disproportionately with a huge range of health conditions we traditionally received very little support for.

This is why Leto, Women Pelvic Physiotherapist Expert Karin Goldschmidt have joined forces with us to provide you with a practical workshop, empowering you with tools to help you take charge of your pelvic health outcome, perhaps for the first time in your life.

If you are worried about an increased sense of urinary urgency, needing the loo more frequently including nighttime, recurrent UTIs, urgency and stress incontinence - this seminar is for you!

The Workshop: You’ll come away with simple 5-minute exercises and nutritional guidance that you can Iimplement straight away - specifically targeting the prevention and management of leaking or recurrent UTI’s, preserving a positive sex life beyond your 50s.

When: 10-12noon Saturday 9th November

Where: Queens Park, Bakerloo line/London Overground

Cost: £15 early bird x 7 days, £20 thereafter. Very limited tickets as we’re keeping the group small! Tea, coffee, light snacks and freebies provided.
