We’ve been told we eat the wrong things because we can’t resist. We’re here to tell you how that’s wrong. 

When hormones that regulate our appetite are out of balance, we crave the wrong foods - and we want to eat more. When we say hormones, we mean your stress hormones, your sex hormones - and your appetite hormones - derived from your happy or unhappy digestion.

A Key Imbalance

Insulin (in response to blood sugar) is our ‘burn v. store energy’ mechanism. But when the hormone insulin is constantly pushed to it’s limits by stress, diet and lack of sleep - we become fairly insulin resistant, or tolerant- or we simply have too much of it floating around in the body for too much of the day. This blocks effective fat burning, increases sugar cravings, affects your hormones, brain chemicals and mindset. You’ll feel fatigued, anxious, depressed and with brain fog.
