Freelance Nutritional Therapist - part time

We’re looking for a degree qualified BANT nutritionist interested in specialising in digestive health. This will be a part-time, ad-hoc role, so can be run alongside other commitment. Ideally based in London or with easy access to London for real-life meetings.

Benefits of this freelance position:

This role is great for someone who is passionate about the client and therapeutic element as oppose to the business element that comes with setting up a practice.

If you’re a newly qualified practitioner or you are looking for some additional practice mentoring, this is a suitable role for you. You’ll enjoy not having to get involved in business admin, accounts, marketing, or sales.

  • No costly overheads, such as software, marketing/advertising, business coaching, supervision.

  • No lengthy report writing – we keep processes tight with minimal report writing

  • Freedom to work when and where it suits you (remote working – you set your hours)

You’ll also benefit from 1:1 Mentoring: client management/handling,, functional testing and interpretation mentoring, and mentoring on FM methods.

Suitable For:

Suits someone who’s passionate about the client contact element of NT, and who is empathic, with great ability to form rapport with a range of personalities. Must have a special interest in Functional Medicine and Weight Loss/Metabolism, and an interest in learning coaching techniques.

Might also suit a mum with young children who wants to avoid the ‘working for free’ element that inevitably comes with being a business owner (research/marketing/accounting/queries etc).

A practitioner who’s keen to be part of a team instead of working on their own. Would also suit someone with a keen interest in food, cooking and recipe developing.

Role Description

  • Delivering and coaching clients through a variety of programs on a freelance basis

  • Working with clients with autonomy after initial 12 week support/mentoring period

  • Excellent communication skills (both writing and verbal), including negotiating and giving feedback on sensitive subjects (some training will also be given)
