Survive Christmas without falling into an abyss of over-eating.

It is the season of festivities, presenting a considerable challenge for many clients eager to adhere to their wellness plans and preserve their well-earned progress. To assist you in maneuvering through the holiday season, we've identified two ESSENTIAL action steps for you to implement – let the planning begin!

Limiting your action points to two only, keeps things not only realistic and achievable, but it also allows you to focus on what’s important. So make these two actions a reality today, to have everything in place well before the holidays start.

The First Step

If you have a health goal - you must have a roadmap.

Making The Plan

  1. Choose your 4 days your holiday that will be celebration days. 4 days in one year will not make a huge difference.

  2. Choose your foods: Will it be Christmas dinner, some prosecco and mince pies, or some ferrero rochers on boxing day?

  3. Decide the quantity you will eat and when. Be specific.

  4. Now you’ve made some boundaries!

The Second Step

Control your sugar intake. Heading head first into a sugar binge without any limits can be detrimental to the diet, and can through someone off-course for months! Don’t let it get to that point. Use our Chocolate Recipe Book below instead, for 10 easy, simple recipes without the guilt.

Wishing you all the happiest and healthiest Christmas, lots of love from all of us at Advanced Nutrition. x
