Come armed with your questions and food diary. We’ll ask you to complete a health questionnaire prior to ensure we know as much about you as possible.
Learn what you’re missing in your current diet, or what mistakes you’re making
Discover your 3 key health priorities: this is where you should focus your research and diet efforts (e.g blood sugar control / detoxification / sleep).
You will then go off and work on these yourself - or join our 3 month program and guide you through it. We know it can be enormously confusing wading through the mass of information out there and know which relates to your specific case, in which doesn’t.
NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A FULL NUTRITION PROGRAM AND NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH MORE COMPLEX HEALTH PICTURES.
